Does your teen need
They make hasty, poorly-considered decisions and need to have better judgment.
They’re being bullied at school – or they’re the one doing the bullying. They don’t get enough exercise or need to lose weight.
They have low self-esteem and seem to be down all the time. They give up when things get difficult and fail to meet their goals.
Raising a teenager requires persistence & patience
It can test your sanity even at the best of times. Yet, you want the best for your teenager. You want them to have the tools they need to succeed now and later in life – and you’d like that to happen without having to pull out all your hair in the process. Getting them to do anything you want them to do can feel utterly impossible, and you’re not sure where to start.
Studying martial arts helps kids learn how to overcome their problems and learn important lessons – the kind of lessons that will follow them to your home, to the classroom, and for the rest of their lives.
your teen will grow with every class!
Teenagers who study martial arts learn the benefits of self-control and discipline with every lesson. Our classes emphasize core values like discipline, respect, and persistence. Students learn that the way they treat others – in and out of the dojo – reflects on them as people and affects their ability to achieve their goals.
This place is the real deal. They are actually teaching young kids not only true martial arts but a great core value system as well. This is not a babysitting take your money and let kids run wild. My son has grown tremendously with discipline, focus and attention. It is one of the best things I have ever enrolled him in. I highly recommend Elite Martial Arts to both young and old. Great job instructors you're the best.
This place is amazing!!!! From the top down, they all are great with my 3 and 5 year old. I just heard that they worked their program through with psychologists to make sure they are working with kids in the right way. Their programs are age appropriate and my daughters love learning Karate. The instructors are always positive and engaging. It may seem expensive, but here, you get what you pay for. Everybody that I've come across loves to be here and it shows. The instructors take great care to make sure the kids are having a good time and are properly following directions. They nip bad behavior quickly, although I've rarely seen kids behaving badly. I can't say enough good things about this school!!!
Our family loves this place. They teach karate, responsibility and instill values. They have camps, events, and parents nightout. They are great with involving families and the community. My son has been coming here for 2 years. He takes classes as well as being an assistant teacher. He understands leadership and the example he leads for his fellow team mates. He is more confident. Plus I get to workout while he is in class! What's not to love!
Elite Martial Arts is a great place to learn martial arts skills & practice self-discipline; However they also teach other important life skills as well - respect, courage, courtesy, humility, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. Training & developing good habits is hard work, but the classes are fun, and the instructors are friendly & supportive in an overall positive atmosphere. All ages are welcome; everyone benefits.
Truly one of the best decisions I ever made was to step onto the mat and embark on my Black Belt journey at Elite Martial Arts (with my son!) over 10 years ago. I highly recommend it!
Respectfully ~ Heather Pike, 2nd degree Black Belt
The instructors care for the kids and clients. It's a family atmosphere where people look out for each other while challenging each other to grow. I highly recommend EMA for your family and fitness!
